The Robot Coupe BLIXER23 quickly and easily prepares texture-modified meals with either raw and cooked ingredients. For effortless emptying and cleaning, the processor comes with a removable and tiltable 24-quart bowl. The bowl blade assembly has 2 detachable and height adjustable blades to ensure a perfectly uniform consistency, even when processing small quantities. The stainless steel design makes cleaning the unit easy. The 3 retractable wheels make it easy to move the appliance in order to clean the surface.

The BLIXER 23 features an adjustable timer from 0 to 15 minutes for better preparation control. It also comes with a 2 stainless steel fine serrated blade assembly, a scraper arm and lid wiper, and 3 retractable wheels.
