The Blodgett MARK V-200 Double is a bakery depth full-size convection oven. Each oven can accept five 18" x 26" standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the two-speed fan and 1/2 HP motor. The interior halogen lights and dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.

The MARK V-200 Double is Energy Star Qualified and boasts a stainless steel construction with solid mineral fiber insulation. The solid state digital control comes with LED display and Cook & Hold and Pulse Plus functions.
