With a commercial quality construction, it is made from heavy-duty stainless steel. It comes with a stainless steel drip tray and cooking grate for an easier cleaning process and its stainless steel upper housing has a vertical movement between 8" to 2.75". Its polished reflectors are directly above the heating element(s), ensuring heat is radiated back over the cooking area. Its handles are cool-to-the-touch for a safe, user-friendly operation. This SAL-4000W uses an infinite dial to ensure precise control for longer time periods.
